Plain-language summary first, because that's how we do everything: you pay a fair price, you own your business content, we keep your site running, and either of us can end the arrangement without drama. The details follow.

1. Who we are

GoClickBuild ("we", "us") provides an online platform that creates and hosts websites, booking systems, and marketing tools for small businesses and professional practices at goclickbuild.com.

2. Your account

You must provide accurate business information. You're responsible for the services you offer and what you publish through your site, and for complying with the laws that apply to your business or practice, including tax, professional-conduct, and consumer-protection rules.

3. Your content is yours

Everything you upload — your name, photos, product details — remains yours. You give us permission to display and process it to run your site. We may show your live site in our examples gallery; tell us on WhatsApp if you'd rather we didn't.

4. Unlimited changes, fairly used

Paid plans include unlimited changes to your site requested by chat. Unlimited means unlimited edits within your site's scope; a complete redesign of the whole site counts as one change. We'll never charge per change.

5. Payments and renewals

Prices are shown and billed in your local currency — INR or USD, set by your country at signup — and include exactly what they say. Your renewal price is the price you signed up at. Payment processing is handled by regulated payment partners; we never store your card or UPI credentials.

6. What we don't allow

No illegal goods or services, no misleading or fraudulent content, no content that infringes others' rights. We may suspend sites that break these rules, with notice where possible.

7. Ending the arrangement

Cancel anytime with one message. See our Refund Policy for what happens to payments, and note that your site moves to the free plan rather than disappearing.

8. Liability

We work hard to keep your site fast and available, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted service. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous 12 months.
