The short version: cancel with one message, your plan runs to the end of what you paid for, and your site never vanishes overnight.

1. No refunds

We keep pricing simple and honest: you can start free and see everything before you pay. Because of that, payments are non-refundable. You always keep everything you paid for: your plan stays fully active until the end of the period you paid for.

2. Monthly plans

Cancel any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the paid month, then your site moves to the Free Start plan. No cancellation fee, no questions, no retention maze.

3. Yearly plans

Cancel any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the year contract, and the account closes at the end of that term. Nothing renews without you.

4. The Free Start safety net

When a paid plan ends, your business does not disappear from the internet. Your site moves to a free one-page version on your goclickbuild.com subdomain, so customers can still find you while you decide.

5. How to cancel

Send one WhatsApp message or email hello@goclickbuild.com. That's it. No forms, no phone queue.

6. Custom domains

Domain registrations (.com/.in) are purchased in your name from the registry and are non-refundable once registered. The domain remains yours either way.
